Manage and maintain the Tanium SaaS platform, including administration, troubleshooting, tuning, and content/dashboard development across Windows, Linux, and Mac OS.
Lead design, implementation, and support of endpoint security tool enhancements and integrations, ensuring compliance with standards like PCI, NIST, and CIS.
Provide Level 3-4 support, set priorities, manage day-to-day operations, vendor engagement, and ensure customer satisfaction through SLA metrics within enterprise endpoint security operations.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2+ years in Information Security with at least 1 year operational experience managing endpoint security platforms.
At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Tanium platform specifically.
Experience with Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems.
Work timing flexibility required to be available between 06:00 AM and 11:30 AM US Eastern Time for meetings (Indian evening to night shift).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in enterprise-wide endpoint security engineering with capability to lead complex projects and vendor management.
Strong technical skills in troubleshooting and configuring endpoint security tools in hybrid/multi-cloud environments with familiarity of compliance frameworks like PCI-DSS and NIST.
Comfortable working in a US Eastern time zone anchored schedule with proactive communication skills for cross-continental collaboration.
