Own and coordinate sourcing activities for PC Nashik Surface Division, acting as the key interface between Operations and Strategic Sourcing.
Define, prioritize and drive execution of divisional sourcing projects via Category Managers, Supplier Development, and sourcing teams focusing on safety, sustainability, quality, delivery, cost, localization and project readiness.
Track supplier performance KPIs, manage risks, escalate issues, and support supplier capacity planning and cost approval decisions.
Minimum Requirements
Engineering graduate.
10–15 years experience in sourcing, procurement, supplier development, and project management.
Strong understanding of sourcing processes, supplier performance, cost drivers, risk management, and operational needs.
Experience in localization, product transfers, NPD readiness, PPAP, supplier qualification, ERP exposure, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing end-to-end sourcing projects involving cross-functional teams including Operations, Strategic Sourcing, Engineering, Quality, and Finance.
Demonstrates strong coordination, influence without authority, and project management discipline with focus on execution, risk, and escalation.
Analytical with advanced Excel skills and data-driven mindset, comfortable preparing business proposals and reporting KPIs.
