Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes and ceremonies to ensure efficient, high-quality product delivery.
Coach Scrum teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles to promote self-organization and continuous improvement.
Identify and remove impediments, track Agile metrics, and coordinate cross-functional teams to align on sprint and release objectives.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably 3–5 years in Agile software/product delivery.
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is preferred/required.
Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in Agile Scrum with strong coaching and facilitation skills to guide cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Familiar with software development concepts, SDLC, APIs, and database querying to understand technical requirements and dependencies.
Capable of managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments and supporting distributed teams to achieve Agile maturity and delivery targets.
