Lead end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management solutions including business process analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, and user training.
Drive Manufacturing and SCM workstreams across all project phases: Discovery, Blueprinting, Design, Build, Testing, Training, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare support.
Collaborate with Solution Architects and technical teams for integration, reporting, customization, and ensure adherence to company implementation methodology and governance.
Minimum Requirements
4+ years experience for Functional Consultant role; 6+ years for Senior Consultant; 10+ years for Functional Lead.
Strong expertise in Manufacturing (Discrete and Process) and Supply Chain Management business processes.
Engineering Degree / MBA / MCA; Engineering degree in Manufacturing is advantageous.
Preferred certifications: MB-330, MB-335, MB-700 for Dynamics 365 SCM Functional Consultant roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations focused on Manufacturing and SCM modules with global/multi-legal entity exposure.
Demonstrated ability to conduct workshops, perform Fit-Gap analysis, and act as trusted advisor throughout project lifecycle.
Skilled in driving client decision-making, managing complex integrations, and delivering solutions aligned with business objectives.
