Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner

Collect, challenge, and agree on business requirements to digitalize business processes, acting as functional expert.

Serve as product owner to coordinate communication and cooperation between business units and IT development teams.

Manage level 2 support during deployment and level 3 support during operational lifecycle; audit use of tools and model requirements into user stories for development.

6+ years experience analyzing, describing, and challenging business processes and workflows.

University degree in Business Engineering, Computer Science, or similar; Master’s degree in business administration / commercial sciences / computer sciences.

Experience with agile development methods (scrum), preferably using Azure DevOps.

Excellent English language skills.

Strong functional analyst with ability to translate complex business processes into functional specifications and user stories.

Experience working in agile environments bridging business and IT teams, with familiarity in service oriented software architecture.

Proficient in UML, workflow tools, and producing best practice documentation; capable of supporting deployment and operational phases.
