Senior Data Engineer

Lead migration of a production SaaS data platform from legacy ETL/streaming pipelines to a Snowflake Native Application with per-tenant data isolation.

Re-architect ingestion pipelines and transformation logic using Snowflake-native features to ensure data-sovereignty and multi-tenant architecture.

Validate and document migration decisions based on real production data patterns and handle legacy technical debt carefully.

Minimum 5 years as a data engineer with hands-on Snowflake experience, including native transformation and orchestration features.

Proven experience migrating an existing production ETL pipeline to a cloud-native target; not greenfield builds.

Working knowledge of streaming/event pipelines and multi-tenant SaaS data isolation patterns (schema-per-tenant, row-level security, etc).

Familiarity with major cloud provider function/PaaS services and system security models (encryption, key management, multi-tenant secret handling).

Demonstrated ability to analyze and redesign complex, legacy data architectures for scale and multi-tenancy in Snowflake environments.

Experience operating at the intersection of cloud-native data engineering and SaaS platform data isolation with production-facing responsibility.

Background working on behavioral/event data domains like workforce analytics or activity monitoring preferred but not mandatory.
