Senior Software Engineer

Provide day-to-day technical leadership and serve as a key resource within a small scrum team developing and enhancing the Certent Equity Management platform.

Write, review, and deliver production-quality full-stack code using C#/.NET, Angular, and Oracle; uphold engineering standards and support sprint ceremonies.

Drive AI-first engineering practices by integrating agentic AI development tooling into workflows and collaborating with stakeholders across delivery and client engagements.

6-8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience in enterprise SaaS environments with demonstrated technical leadership within a scrum team.

Strong full-stack expertise in C#, .NET (Framework/Core), Angular 15+, Oracle including PL/SQL, Entity Framework Core, and Azure cloud technologies and CI/CD pipelines.

Proven experience with Domain-Driven Design, CQRS patterns, AI-agentic development tooling (e.g., GitHub Copilot), and fluent communication with client stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.

Experienced in leading by example with strong hands-on coding and technical decision-making within agile scrum teams for complex enterprise SaaS products.

Comfortable working in globally distributed teams and navigating cross-functional collaboration across engineering, product, QA, and client stakeholders.

Proactively integrates AI tooling to enhance software delivery velocity and code quality and actively contributes to evolving technical standards and AI adoption strategies.
