Sales Solutions Architect

Own technical design and architecture for Enterprise Solutions portfolio focusing on global managed services and communications solutions.

Act as deal architect for complex multi-technology solutions and develop technical presentations and project documents (network designs, SOWs, project plans).

Achieve sales and profit goals via account planning, partner collaboration, customer engagements, and solution development/implementation support.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience (BE/BTech preferred).

5+ years in client-facing technical roles such as Pre/Post Sales, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Consulting with knowledge of network architectures, virtualization, Cloud, Unified Communications, and mobility.

Demonstrated track record with prior customer engagements including solution designs, SOWs, and technical project plans.

Proven experience with IoT architectures/protocols (MQTT, CoAP, HTTP/REST), cloud IoT services (AWS IoT Core, Azure IoT Hub), wireless technologies (BLE, UWB, LoRaWAN), and relevant professional cloud certifications (AWS, Azure).

Experienced in designing and delivering end-to-end IT and managed Unified Communications solutions with accountability for delivery.

Technically proficient in IoT core protocols, wireless network topologies, and cloud-based IoT architecture relevant to enterprise solutions.

Able to translate client business goals into technical architectures and present complex solutions to diverse audiences including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
