Implement custom AI agents using Claude Agent SDK, including multi-step task orchestration, tool-use/function calling, agent loops, and evaluation/observability instrumentation to ensure regulated, auditable outputs.
Apply AI-specific risk controls suitable for a regulated clinical environment targeting reduced hallucination and improved determinism in agent decisions.
Minimum Requirements
1-5 years experience in AI-focused, full-stack .NET development with practical LLM API integration experience (Anthropic, OpenAI, Bedrock, or Azure OpenAI).
Proficiency in C#/ASP.NET Core backend and modern front-end frameworks; daily hands-on use of agentic tooling such as Claude Code or equivalent.
Experience delivering end-to-end AI agent features beyond prototypes, including prompt engineering as software contracts.
Work Experience Required: 1-5 years in relevant AI and full-stack development environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong background in agentic AI development, including building and iterating on multi-step agent workflows and integrating AI in regulated healthcare or clinical research environments.
Comfortable with full-stack software delivery in .NET ecosystem paired with advanced AI tools and Python AI/agent tooling experience.
Experience with evaluation frameworks for AI outputs and risk mitigation in regulated settings, especially addressing hallucination and auditability concerns in clinical trials.
