Monitor application health and performance using enterprise monitoring tools and respond to incidents during the night shift.
Perform basic incident triage, logging, and escalation of application issues related to Java-based enterprise applications on Linux and Oracle or other relational databases.
Assist in validating application functionality during releases and support documentation and knowledge sharing activities.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
2 to 4 years experience in application support, IT operations, or technical support.
Basic working knowledge of Java applications, Linux operating systems, and SQL with exposure to Oracle or other relational databases.
ITIL Foundation Certification or relevant certifications preferred; specific certifications not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Has practical experience supporting Java-based enterprise applications in Linux and Oracle database environments.
Demonstrates ability to monitor, triage, and escalate incidents effectively within defined processes.
Comfortable working night shifts and operating within structured IT support frameworks with a learning mindset towards automation and AI-enabled tools.
