Minimum Requirements
Minimum 8 years of hands-on software development experience in distributed transactional systems, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Proven expertise in Core Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, Middleware, Unix/Linux scripting, and testing frameworks like JUnit and BDD.
Experience in capital markets or investment banking domain required.
Solid understanding of object-oriented design, design patterns, system resiliency, scalability, and performance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader capable of managing and mentoring global technical teams delivering complex financial services software.
Strong background in financial services technology, particularly corporate actions and asset servicing lifecycle is preferred.
Skilled in translating business requirements into technical solutions with a focus on modern architectures, Agile, DevOps, and cloud technologies.
