Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, or closely related field; Master’s preferred.
8+ years in web application/platform development with 1-2 years in technical or pod lead role.
Proficiency in .NET Core/.NET 8+, Python, C#, Groovy, Java, and experience deploying production AI or optimization models.
Experience with AI integration, understanding of algorithmic complexity, and strong communication skills to engage with product and business leaders.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced technical lead capable of making autonomous decisions and guiding distributed agile teams globally.
Demonstrated expertise with AI/ML integration and experience with mathematical optimization models, preferably in Supply Chain Network Design.
Familiarity with cloud-native microservices, enterprise message brokers (Kafka/RabbitMQ), and advanced relational/NoSQL databases.
