Chief Software Architect, PCS Digital

Define and own the technology strategy and architecture roadmap for PCS Digital applications supporting clinical and service workflows.

Establish architecture standards and conduct technical design reviews ensuring safety, reliability, cybersecurity, and cost-effective execution.

Mentor senior architects and technical leaders while serving as a senior technical authority for complex application and modernization decisions.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related STEM field.

15+ years of technical experience in software, systems, cloud, platform or distributed application architecture.

At least 5 years of technical leadership experience in healthcare, life science, or regulated software environments.

Experience with cloud-native architecture, data platforms, integration, observability, cybersecurity, reliability, and lifecycle management.

Experienced in defining and governing complex software architecture roadmaps in regulated healthcare or similar industries.

Skilled in translating clinical, customer, product, cybersecurity, regulatory, and business needs into practical architecture decisions.

Proven influencer able to lead cross-functional, global teams and senior stakeholders without direct authority.
