Maintain and improve commercial tools, pipeline management, performance tracking, and support handover to delivery teams ensuring commercial and operational alignment.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in mining, industrial services, or capital equipment with strong commercial deal structuring and negotiation experience.
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to travel approximately 30% including internationally; valid driver's license and passport required.
Demonstrated experience building and closing multi-year, outcome-based or performance contracts with measurable results.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in outcome-based commercial models specific to mining (cost-per-tonne, take-or-pay, consignment, bonus/penalty mechanisms) with strong operational understanding of fixed plant economics.
Proven ability to integrate commercial strategy with operational realities and cross-functional teams (product, service, supply chain, execution).
Experienced in leading, mentoring, and building commercial capabilities within geographically dispersed teams and navigating complex contract negotiations involving legal collaboration.
