Scrum Master

Plan and manage delivery of CODA analytics and AI initiatives, including sequencing workstreams, sizing tasks, tracking sprint progress, and managing dependencies across multiple products and teams.

Facilitate and improve agile Scrum ceremonies, ensuring effective backlog refinement, sprint planning, and meaningful retrospectives with actionable outcomes.

Support resource and capacity planning by monitoring workload, identifying overcapacity or gaps, and proposing adjustments to ensure realistic and timely delivery.

Strong project or delivery management experience in large projects with multiple parallel workstreams and stakeholders.

Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master including facilitation of ceremonies and coaching teams on agile practices.

Experience with resource and capacity planning in complex delivery environments.

Work location: Hybrid role based in Pune, India.

Experienced in managing delivery for multi-product, multi-location analytics or finance-related projects with complex dependencies.

Capable of influencing distributed teams without direct line authority to unblock issues and drive delivery.

Comfortable working with stakeholders across the organization and translating strategic roadmaps into operational delivery plans.
