Bachelor’s Degree in Interaction Design, UX, UI Design, or related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of professional UX/UI design experience with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product execution.
Proficiency in Figma and experience working within a software development process.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 3 years; Work Flexibility: Hybrid or Onsite with 10% travel.

Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, software engineers, and development teams in product environments.
Familiarity with Agile Scrum and iterative design processes relevant to regulated environments, preferably healthcare or medical products.
Demonstrates ability to integrate usability and accessibility standards and provide actionable feedback to development during product build.
