Design, build, and deploy agentic AI systems and multi-agent workflows using LangGraph, LangChain, and Azure AI Agent Service for Retail clients.
Develop backend APIs (Python, FastAPI) and implement continuous deployment pipelines (Docker, CI/CD) on cloud platforms (Azure/GCP/AWS) to serve AI models and agents in production.
Engineer and monitor retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines with vector search, Neo4j knowledge graphs, and implement model evaluation, guardrails, and observability for AI system accuracy and safety.
Minimum Requirements
2–4 years experience in AI engineering, software development, and production AI system deployment.
Proficiency in Python, FastAPI for backend API development; experience with Docker, CI/CD, Git/GitHub, and cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, or AWS.
Hands-on experience with agentic AI systems, multi-agent workflows, LangGraph, LangChain, or Azure AI Agent Service, and RAG pipelines with vector databases.
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building scalable AI applications specifically for Retail domain use cases or similar client-facing environments.
Operates well in collaborative team settings including cross-functional product and consulting teams, translating business problems into technical AI solutions.
Strong hands-on skills in prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning, and responsible AI practices with a pragmatic approach to productionizing AI models.
