Senior Associate - AI Engineer (PEG Alpha)

Own AI product development end to end, from technical scoping through launch and iteration, focusing on LLM-powered features and GenAI capabilities.

Build and maintain backend services (Python FastAPI) and frontend interfaces (React + TypeScript) to support AI applications, including APIs, microservices, and scalable workflows.

Collaborate with senior engineers and consulting teams to rapidly prototype, deliver, and scale AI tools and intelligent workflows in a fast-paced environment serving global consulting teams.

4-6 years of full stack software engineering experience with at least 1-2 years building and shipping LLM/GenAI applications.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred but not mandatory.

Proficiency in Python (FastAPI/Flask), React & TypeScript, GenAI/LLM ecosystems, RAG pipelines, vector databases, REST APIs, microservices, SQL/NoSQL, Git, Docker, and CI/CD basics.

Professional proficiency in English.

Demonstrated ownership of AI product or major feature delivery including technical scoping, estimation, and work with non-technical stakeholders.

Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments such as startups, consulting, or innovation teams, preferably with exposure to private equity or data-driven business contexts.

Strong technical expertise across full stack development and emerging AI frameworks with an entrepreneurial and pragmatic problem-solving approach.
