Own the product vision, roadmap, and prioritized backlog for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Oracle Cloud EPM aligned to Finance strategy and measurable outcomes.
Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement programs for Oracle Financial Systems including design, testing, cutover and benefits realization.
Manage governance, master data standards, internal controls, user adoption, and lead the Financial Systems team to support continuous improvements and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, information systems, business administration or related field mandatory; MBA, CPA, CA preferred.
Minimum 12 years in financial systems, finance transformation, ERP/EPM product management or related roles.
At least 5 years leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional transformation initiatives.
Deep functional expertise with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financials and Oracle Cloud EPM and demonstrated leadership of full-cycle implementation or rollout.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading large-scale finance technology transformations within asset-intensive or regulated industries, preferably real estate.
Skilled at balancing strategic product leadership with disciplined execution and stakeholder management at senior levels.
Proficient in translating finance process requirements into scalable system solutions, with strong governance and internal controls expertise.
