Drive product discovery, prototyping, and delivery by collaborating with Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, UX, AI, and Business teams to improve provider data products and operational efficiency.
Define measurable outcomes and success metrics while managing product requirements and stakeholder communication to align with business goals and regulatory needs.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, Business, or related field.
10+ years in Product Management, Data Product Management, or Product Ownership with 5+ years on data-intensive products or analytics solutions.
Experience working directly with large datasets and data products, including defining data product requirements, governance, and APIs.
Ability and willingness to use video camera for all virtual meetings as this is mandatory for the role.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong experience managing data product lifecycles in healthcare, especially provider data, MDM, or related domains with familiarity of healthcare standards (e.g. NPI, FHIR, HL7).
Data-driven and analytical operator capable of working hands-on with SQL, BI tools, and analytics platforms to validate hypotheses and guide prioritization.
Strategic product leader comfortable leading cross-functional teams through agile processes, driving innovation with AI/ML and rapid prototyping to solve complex healthcare data challenges.
