Work Experience Required: 10+ years in Agile/Scrum Master roles.

Experienced in scaled Agile frameworks with strong capability in PI Planning and cross-team coordination.
Proficient in managing release processes including compliance and regression testing sign-offs.
Strong facilitator and mentor with focus on continuous improvement and transparent team metrics reporting.
