Transition Project Manager - Onsite

Lead and manage transition projects, ensuring scope, quality, time, and cost objectives are met through effective planning, scheduling, and resourcing.

Drive project teams by coaching and motivating members, resolving conflicts, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation and change control processes.

Identify and mitigate risks and issues proactively while reporting project milestones and status to stakeholders; collaborate with technical experts and client teams to enhance satisfaction.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years managing complex and transformative IT programs/projects including software development, data center migrations, or cloud strategies.

Relevant certifications such as PMP and ITIL mandatory.

Willingness to work flexible hours aligned with customer time zones and travel to customer locations; hybrid working with 2 days onsite per week at HPE office.

Experienced in managing enterprise IT service delivery projects with a strong customer focus and ability to navigate diverse cultures and environments.

Proven ability in project leadership using structured methodologies and agile approaches, capable of resolving ambiguity and making escalation decisions.

Strong business acumen with technical understanding across IT domains and track record of fostering internal and external stakeholder relationships.
