6-9 years of experience in Digital Product Management, Channel Management, or Strategic Partnerships in FinTech, Banking, Insurance, or Digital Platforms.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
Experience managing external partners such as Banks, Brokers, NBFCs, FinTechs and working with digital onboarding journeys, partner integrations, and APIs.
Preferred certifications: PSPO, CSPO, SAFe POPM, Agile; location: Gurgaon, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in product ownership with strong expertise in Agile methodologies, design thinking, and data-driven product analytics.
Proven track record in managing strategic relationships and onboarding digital partners for financial services platforms.
Comfortable leading cross-functional collaboration across technology, sales, operations, and compliance to meet adoption and business success metrics.
