Lead and manage service transition activities ensuring gate criteria, timelines, quality standards, and acceptance criteria are met.
Implement transition methodology including project scheduling, coordination, documentation, risk tracking, and go-live readiness.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Operations, Process Leadership, GBS Leadership, internal and external clients) to align priorities and drive successful transitions, including being on-call for issue resolution.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university.
Minimum 10 years of Project Management experience.
Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience working in a company with global reach.
Location: Bangalore (Hebbal), Hybrid work mode.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working with regulated systems or compliance environments (SOX, FDA) for 5+ years is preferred.
Experience supporting global SAP projects for 5+ years is advantageous.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage ambiguity and complex workflows, plus excellent interpersonal and team collaboration abilities.
