Own end-to-end design, administration, security, and lifecycle management of Microsoft 365 collaboration and productivity services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Purview.
Lead resolution of complex platform incidents, drive platform strategy and governance, and support Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption.
Provide technical leadership by leading projects, mentoring engineers, setting engineering standards, and partnering with security, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years enterprise IT engineering experience.
5+ years hands-on Microsoft 365 engineering or administration experience.
Advanced expertise with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft Purview (DLP, Information Protection, Retention, eDiscovery).
Strong PowerShell automation skills and knowledge of SMTP routing including SPF, DKIM, DMARC.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced senior engineer comfortable leading complex, cross-functional Microsoft 365 platform projects with measurable impact on reliability and security.
Skilled in automation and governance with ability to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
