Minimum Requirements
Minimum 4 years of business analysis experience, including at least 2 years specifically with Pega platform solutions in product management environments.
Proficiency in Pega Platform (case management, terminology), Agile/Scrum methodologies, user story writing, and process mapping using Visio, Lucidchart, or Draw.io.
Experience with JIRA or Azure DevOps for requirements tracking, sprint management, and Confluence for collaboration/documentation.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in digital process automation with strong skills in Pega platform and Agile product development environments.
Skilled at facilitating workshops and coordinating across cross-functional teams to deliver complex solutions on time.
Familiarity with value stream mapping, process improvement, UAT coordination, and comfortable handling integration/data validation with upstream and downstream systems.
