Lead moderately complex technical initiatives and deliverables within ServiceNow domain, including design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
Resolve technical challenges using deep understanding of ServiceNow modules like ITOM, ITAM, and APM, and act as escalation point providing guidance to less experienced staff.
Coordinate Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing, automate testing where possible, and leverage out-of-the-box ServiceNow functionalities with minimal customization.
Minimum Requirements
4+ years of Software Engineering experience (via work, training, military, or education).
3+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform development including scripting with Javascript, Glide, Jelly, and Business Rules/UI Policies/Data Policies.
Mandatory ServiceNow certifications: CSA & CAD.
Work location must be Bangalore or Hyderabad.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working in Agile scrum teams and contributing to self-organized technical units.
Strong expertise in ServiceNow modules (ITOM, ITSM, ITAM, APM) including catalogue development and CMDB knowledge.
Demonstrated ability to design, build, test, deploy ServiceNow solutions with minimal customizations, and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.
