Monitor and support infrastructure environments including AWS, OCI, databases, Linux, RHEL, and Windows using tools like PagerDuty, ServiceNow, LogicMonitor, and Ansible Tower.
Perform incident response, initial troubleshooting, documentation, and escalate issues to appropriate teams as needed within a 24x7 rotating shift model.
Participate in knowledge transfer and skill development while ensuring operational support coverage, including on-call, weekends, and short-notice shifts.
Minimum Requirements
2-3 years of experience in Infrastructure, Cloud Operations, NOC, or IT Support.
Basic knowledge of AWS, OCI, databases, Linux, RHEL, and Windows environments.
Familiarity with PagerDuty, ServiceNow, LogicMonitor, and Ansible Tower.
Willingness to work rotational 24x7 shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, with hybrid work mode and location flexibility between Noida and Pune.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Candidates with foundational technical knowledge in cloud and infrastructure plus operational support experience in high-pressure environments.
Ability to follow procedures closely and execute standard operational tasks and automation.
Comfortable working shifts and flexible to provide short-notice coverage suggests adaptability to dynamic operational demands.
