Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum 8 years of progressive procurement experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors, managing multi-plant operations.
Proficient in ERP/MRP systems (SAP MM/PP) and strong analytical skills including Excel.
Knowledge of Indian procurement regulations, GST, import/export compliance; leadership experience managing teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in multi-plant coordination within manufacturing, able to balance inventory optimization with continuous material availability.
Demonstrated ability in negotiation for cost reduction and supplier performance management.
Comfortable implementing Lean inventory techniques (KANBAN, Pull Flow) and using ERP-based reporting for decision-making.
