Business Systems Project Manager

Own end-to-end delivery of strategic enterprise business systems projects, including planning, governance, risk management, and benefits realization.

Elicit and translate cross-functional business requirements into clear specifications for engineering and configuration teams across GTM, Finance, HR, IT, and operations platforms.

Lead acquisition integration efforts by mapping acquired companies' systems and processes to Progress standards and ensuring operational readiness.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, MIS, computer science, or equivalent practical experience.

3-5+ years combining business systems analysis and project management on enterprise technology initiatives with ownership of both requirements and delivery plan.

Experience with major CRM or ERP platforms (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite) and competence in traditional and Agile project management methods.

Availability to collaborate during 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. EST core hours.

Experienced in handling complex cross-functional projects without direct authority, demonstrating strong stakeholder management and governance skills.

Skilled in process documentation and business analysis, capable of producing artifacts suitable for audit and compliance.

Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments, synthesizing undocumented or distributed requirements into structured, actionable specifications and plans.
