Minimum Requirements
3 to 6 years of experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle management, or related business process environment.
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Accounts Receivable (AR), and authorization workflows is mandatory.
Hybrid work location: Chennai, India.

Experienced in life sciences or healthcare-related operational processes, particularly healthcare billing cycles and claims follow-up.
Skilled in analyzing operational data to support continuous process improvement and workflow optimization.
Capable of coordinating cross-team collaboration to maintain operational quality and timely service delivery.
