Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
2-4 years of work experience in firmware development or related field, or advanced degree with little/no experience.
Strong experience in embedded C/C++, RTOS concepts, and Wi‑Fi protocols including MAC/PHY, security (WPA/WPA2/WPA3).
Proficiency in debugging tools like logic analyzers, packet sniffers (Wireshark), UART/JTAG, and RF test equipment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in 802.11 driver development, wireless chipset SDKs, and Linux wireless subsystems integration.
Comfortable collaborating with internal and outsourced partners and working within Agile methodologies.
Able to analyze design requirements, execute testing, and iterate firmware architecture focusing on scalability and maintainability.
