10+ years of software engineering experience with enterprise-scale solutions.
5+ years in engineering leadership managing distributed Agile teams.
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, or equivalent) and strong knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG architectures, AI governance, and cloud-native architectures (experience with Google Cloud).

Proven ability to lead large-scale AI adoption and cultural transformation in engineering organizations focusing on AI as a core capability.
Strong technical leadership in cloud-native, distributed systems with emphasis on architecture, security, quality, and operational excellence.
Experience mentoring and building high-performing engineering teams skilled in modern AI-assisted software development and delivery practices.
