Drive operational governance and continuous improvement through vendor management, stakeholder engagement, and adoption of technology including AI tools.

5+ years of relevant hospitality, workplace, and facilities amenities experience.

Proven operational leadership and vendor management skills including commercial management.

Strong understanding of risk, health and safety, food safety, business continuity, and governance related to workplace services.

Work Experience Required: 5+ years in relevant fields.

Experienced in managing complex service operations with ability to handle competing priorities and operational escalations.

Strong analytical and commercial skills with experience using data to improve service performance.

Strategic and hands-on leader interested in workplace trends, innovation, technology, and responsible AI adoption.
