Minimum Requirements
12+ years software engineering experience (backend, frontend, or full stack).
Strong skills in JavaScript/Node.js, React, API integration, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
Hands-on experience with AI/GenAI or ML-driven features such as LLM prompting, NLU, classification models, and production AI integration (including LLM APIs and tool orchestration).
Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in applying model-driven AI/GenAI architectures at scale, especially within complex, regulated domains like HR.
Skilled in defining and enforcing safety, correctness, and privacy boundaries in AI systems that handle sensitive personal and policy-driven data.
Capable of translating ambiguous, novel problems into actionable, measurable technical strategies and leading cross-team consensus on multi-release outcomes.
