Principal Platform Architect

Define and maintain enterprise platform vision, strategy, and governance frameworks aligned with IT and business goals.

Provide architectural guidance and lead governance forums to ensure platform standards and consistent technical decisions across teams.

Anticipate and mitigate platform risks related to scalability, performance, and technical debt while influencing adoption of best practices across stakeholders.

10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution strategy, and program leadership.

Proven experience engaging with Executive level stakeholders to influence platform strategy and business outcomes.

Experience with ServiceNow platform architecture and governance, preferably holding ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) certification or equivalent.

Ability to travel up to 50% annually.

Experienced in designing and governing multi-workflow, enterprise-scale platform architectures with multiple teams and partners.

Demonstrated capability as a program-level architect driving unified vision and governance across complex delivery environments.

Familiarity with AI integration in workflows and decision-making processes, leveraging AI-powered tools or insights to enhance platform capabilities.
