Minimum Requirements
Proven experience managing complex security infrastructure in a managed services environment.
Strong IT engineering background, preferably in medium to large ICT organizations.
Deep knowledge of ITIL processes.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing or equivalent work experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in high-complexity troubleshooting and technical coaching within security managed services.
Comfortable working in multicultural client environments with strong communication and client-facing skills.
Skilled at planning and executing projects and operational improvements within security domains.
