10+ years software engineering experience with emphasis on platform, infrastructure, or foundational systems.
Hands-on experience designing and shipping production LLM-based systems (agent orchestration, tool use, RAG pipelines).
Proficiency in Python and strong software engineering fundamentals including API design, distributed systems, async execution, fault tolerance.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with 4 years experience, or 6 years software engineering experience without degree.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building multi-tenant, secure, and governed AI platforms with strict data isolation and access controls.
Skilled in architecting extensible plugin/extension systems and enforcing architectural principles through code.
Comfortable partnering with product, engineering, and data science teams, mentoring engineers, and leading design reviews in a platform engineering context.
