Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) initiatives and product rollouts, recommending solutions and process improvements.
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies for AI/ML and Generative AI applications, including automation using Python and Selenium.
Monitor quality metrics, conduct root cause analysis, and enforce compliance with standards and procedures across software development lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 7+ years professional experience in Quality Engineering or Software/Data Quality Assurance.
Strong proficiency in Python scripting and test automation framework development using Selenium.
Experience with complex SQL queries for backend data validation.
Experience testing AI/Machine Learning systems, with familiarity in Generative AI and associated evaluation frameworks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated expertise in AI/ML quality evaluation frameworks and model benchmarking (e.g., GPT, Gemini).
Ability to integrate cross-functional testing efforts with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers effectively.
Proven track record in designing AI observability and governance controls to mitigate AI-specific risks such as bias, hallucination, or prompt injection.
