Lead strategic financial planning including Annual Operating Plan, budgeting, cash flow management, and enterprise risk management to support scaled growth.
Drive corporate finance activities such as fundraising execution, investor relations, due diligence readiness, and full tax and regulatory compliance oversight.
Minimum Requirements
Work Experience Required: 12–18+ years total finance experience; minimum 5+ years in senior leadership roles (VP, Finance Director, CFO).
Mandatory domain experience in scaling finance operations from ₹100 Cr to ₹1,000 Cr+ revenue scale.
Strong expertise in inventory & asset management, financial controls, audits, and fundraising processes.
Preferred qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) strongly preferred; MBA Finance from premier institutes highly desirable.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced financial leader with direct involvement in rapid scale-up and operationally intensive, asset-heavy sectors like EV, battery manufacturing, leasing/fleet, or logistics.
Proven track record executing multi-disciplinary audits, enterprise risk management, and establishing robust financial governance.
Comfortable interfacing with PE/VC for fundraising and maintaining continuous due diligence readiness in a high-growth environment.
