Ensure compliance with RERA and listed company internal controls, coordinating between local operations and central finance teams.
Minimum Requirements
CA qualification mandatory.
6 to 10+ years of progressive finance experience with significant portion in real estate.
Expertise in project finance, FP&A, land acquisition feasibility, and RERA compliance highly desirable.
Location: Mumbai (ASL - RO - BKC) with coordination responsibilities for Bangalore projects.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in real estate segment with deep understanding of project economics and Bangalore market dynamics.
Proven ability to partner strategically with regional business heads and enforce financial governance in a listed company environment.
Strong skills in financial modeling, feasibility studies, variance analysis, and statutory/compliance reporting.
