Monitor MIS and KPIs, driving corrective actions and improvement projects including process, cost, productivity, and inventory accuracy.
Oversee customer satisfaction, compliance, audits, training, and control operating costs within defined limits.
Minimum Requirements
Education: BE/B.Tech/MBA.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 4-7 years in related field.
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with SAP or equivalent ERP systems; knowledge of MM and SD modules, MS Office, Access, PowerBI.
Domain Experience: Warehouse operations preferably in Auto, Auto Equipment, Auto Ancillary, or Spares industry.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience managing cross-functional teams coordinating between multiple departments (customer care, demand planning, sourcing, quality).
Proven track record in achieving KPIs related to inventory accuracy, process adherence, 5S, and cost control.
Strong operational focus with ability to drive process improvements, audits, statutory compliance, and customer satisfaction in warehouse/manufacturing environment.
