Transform business problems into machine learning use cases by designing, training, validating, and deploying predictive and prescriptive models.
Collaborate with Data Engineers and MLOps teams to ensure scalable and monitored ML model deployments, including automation of ML workflows and managing model lifecycle with Mlflow.
Ensure compliance with data governance and responsible AI standards while communicating insights and outcomes to business stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
4 to 9 years of relevant work experience in data science or machine learning roles.
Master’s degree in data science, statistics, or applied mathematics preferred with at least 3 years of work experience.
Proven experience building and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
Experience and knowledge of ERP, SAP systems, and APS.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Expertise in feature engineering (Delta/Feature Store) and Mlflow experiment/registry management, with hands-on experience in model monitoring and drift detection.
Proficient in Python, SQL, Spark, and ML Ops on Databricks platforms supporting batch and real-time serving.
Experience working in cross-functional, product-oriented teams involving business, legal, and compliance stakeholders.
