Lead and manage data and analytics or digital transformation projects with a focus on deriving insights from large business data sets using tools like Excel, PowerBI, Alteryx, and SQL.
Elicit and document business and functional requirements; prepare strategic project/product roadmaps and business process maps (As-Is/To-Be).
Manage multiple small to large cross-functional projects, facilitating use case development and communicating project specifics to diverse audiences.
Minimum Requirements
7-12 years of relevant work experience.
Mandatory FMCG or CPG industry experience.
MBA from a tier-1 business school; educational background in B.Tech / M.Tech / MBA / MCA.
Experience in data & analytics or digital transformation projects with strong skills in Excel and preferably PowerBI, Alteryx, and SQL.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in working on data & analytics or digital transformation initiatives with demonstrable consulting and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and communicate effectively across audiences, indicating maturity in project and requirement management.
Hands-on experience in preparing strategic roadmaps and process documentation suited for cross-functional environments.
