Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in business administration, management, strategy, or related field.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in project management, strategy development, or transformation roles.
Location: Gurugram.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 1 year; Desired 3+ years in strategic planning or transformation roles, preferably in aviation or comparable sector.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working in strategic planning, transformation, or project management with measurable impact on operational or business outcomes.
Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholder engagement and communication at multiple organizational levels including CXO reviews.
Analytical and business acumen with skills in financial analysis, project governance, and driving complex initiatives in a structured environment.
