Support Bain’s Enterprise Technology (ET) Practice by building expertise on existing and new technology diagnostic tools and solutions.
Drive delivery of high-quality, client-ready technology transformation and AI strategy outputs, including diagnostics, presentations, and product innovation.
Collaborate with project leaders to manage workflows, quality control, client communication, and junior team mentoring within the Vector CoE.
Minimum Requirements
Graduate or Postgraduate degree with a strong academic record.
2-5 years of relevant professional services experience if undergraduate; 2-3 years if postgraduate.
Experience in tech and AI strategy, technology/digital maturity assessments, advanced analytics, and data governance.
Proficiency in advanced Excel, PowerPoint, survey tools (Qualtrics), and beginner to intermediate level GenAI/data analytics tools (Python, SQL, Tableau, etc.).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in client-facing consulting within technology strategy and AI domains with a consulting mindset.
Skilled in product management, innovation, and delivering executive-level strategic narratives for C-suite/board stakeholders.
Strong analytical, numerical modeling, and project management skills with an ability to break down business objectives and work cross-functionally under pressure.
