Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5 years hands-on software development experience including coding, peer review, and production issue resolution.
At least 3 years in a management or technical lead role.
Strong experience with .NET Framework, .NET Core, REST, SOAP, Agile methodologies, CI/CD tools, and micro-service architectures.
Proficient with Domain-Driven Design, Test Driven Development, SQL Server, NoSQL or Oracle databases, API design, performance tuning, and middleware/security experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader capable of managing multiple squads and aligning technical roadmaps with business needs in an Agile environment.
Strong domain technical expertise in PaaS, middleware, and cloud-hosted applications to mentor teams and improve architectures.
Demonstrated ability to ensure high code quality, enforce best practices like DDD and TDD, and deliver reliable, scalable enterprise software.
