Engage and influence multiple internal stakeholders across IT, Legal, and leadership to implement sourcing strategies and manage supplier relationships.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Experience in Sourcing, Procurement, Category Management, Finance, IT/Shared Services or similar roles with analytical and commercial skills.
Experience managing indirect sourcing categories such as IT Services, Professional Services, Financial or Legal Services.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven ability to influence and lead senior leadership and cross-functional teams in a large global matrixed organization.
Strong program and project management skills managing multiple high-visibility projects simultaneously.
Experience with contract review/drafting and working collaboratively with Legal and IT stakeholders.
