Own the design and scaling of reusable AI capabilities, agent frameworks, and development environments to accelerate AI product development across Business & Marketing Insights teams.
Collaborate with engineering, data science, compliance, governance, and business teams to define strategy, drive adoption, and ensure governance and scalability of AI platform services.
Define and monitor success metrics for AI platform adoption, business impact, and product effectiveness; establish product management best practices for lifecycle, prioritization, and Agile delivery.
Minimum Requirements
6+ years experience in Product Management for AI, analytics, data, platform, or technology products.
Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts including LLMs, AI Agents, Agent Orchestration, RAG, Evaluation & Testing, AI Governance & Controls.
Experience partnering with Engineering and Data Science teams to deliver production-grade solutions in Agile environments.
Comfortable with coding and managing large data assets; Work Experience Required: Explicitly 6+ years in relevant product management roles.

Proven ability to translate complex AI/tech needs into scalable platform products and reusable services, minimizing duplication of effort.
Experience driving cross-functional collaboration and influencing multiple stakeholder groups in a global, matrixed organization.
