Minimum Requirements
5-8 years of technical program or project/scrum team management experience in enterprise SaaS or platform environments.
Strong technical fluency in Workday, ServiceNow, or comparable enterprise platforms with practical knowledge of Workday HCM or ServiceNow modules and integrations.
Experience working with distributed/offshore engineering teams and US-based product/business partners favoring async collaboration with overlap hours.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experienced individual contributor capable of independently managing complex, cross-functional programs without extensive structural support.
Skilled in managing dual-location coordination (India-US) with emphasis on asynchronous communication and effective use of overlap hours.
